PaperStream software allows SP-2240N users to enjoy a premium capture experience, while Ricoh’s heritage and market-leading technology give assurance of quality and dependable reliability.

Designed for regular daily use, the paper protection function, including real‑time image monitoring technology, prevents document damage and maintains reliable operation for uninterrupted workflows. Versatile document handling accommodates standard business documents, plastic cards and A3 documents folded in half. With a compact design and 80‑sheet ADF, it enable busy teams to remain productive, even in space‑restricted office environments

Simple and Easy-to-use Operation

Operation is also simple with only two button to push , Scan/Stop and Power On/Off. Its minimal design reduces risk of human error.

Reliable Scanning

The SP-2240N stable scanning with 40 ppm scanning that does not drop speed even when scanning 300 dpi resolution and ADF that holds up to 80 sheets at a time. It assists stress-free and stable operation at the office for maximised precision and efficiency.

Accurate Feeding Ability

The scanner handles a wide range of paper from thin to thick up to 216 x 360 mm in size, and weighing from 27gsm to 413 gsm., as well as plastic cards to suit all scanning needs. Operators need not worry about unexpected interruptions, rescans, or damaged documents.

LAN Connectivity

Thanks to PaperStream IPNet, users can quickly connect to any scanner on the network, from any computer – liberating them from the limitations of short USB cables.
When connected to a PC running next generation PaperStream ClickScan, documents can be scanned and sent directly to the cloud with a single touch, no interaction with the PC is required. PaperStream ClickScan also provides ad-hoc scan-then-save creation of editable Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents.

Compact Design

The SP-2240N is compact in size, so it can be used at the desk or at reception where space is limited. Even with its compact size, it is equipped with a brake roller to accurately separate each page, and an ultra-sonic sensor to accurately detect multifeed, so the user can scan without worrying about potential problems.

40ppm Scanning Speed

The SP-2240N helps users finish scanning tasks in a short time without stress, with its 40 ppm (A4 colour, duplex 200 / 300 dpi) performance. The automatic document feeder (ADF) holds up to 50 sheets at a time, and the scanning speed is maintained even at 300 dpi.
