We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please note: delivery and handling charges are to be paid by the customer. We may charge a restocking fee of 12.5%
Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days. We use next day delivery services.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. (Business Customers only)
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

If you are purchasing online or on the phone, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details. In the instance that you are to be issued a refund, it will be processed via the same method that the initial payment was made. For example, if you paid for the item using a credit card, the refund will be made onto the same credit card
You can hire one of our scanners for any length of time, however there is a minimum charge of one month.
We Include with the scanner: All cables, Capture software and engineer support for any breakdowns. For production level scanners we will deliver and set up the scanner if required* (*an extra charge may be incurred)

No, We can do one-off calls for a call-out charge. The call-out charge includes 1 hour labour on site. Additional time is charged at a set rate (please call for current rates).

All new scanners are provided with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Please see the individual terms and conditions for the particular manufacturer you are enquiring. You can normally find these at the websites of the manufacturer.
Extended warranties can be purchased on new scanner products at the time of sale.
