How the promotion works

Running from 6th January to 30^th April 2020, our promotion is restricted to one free ScanSnap iX100 with the purchase of one or more ScanSnap iX1500 scanners per customer.

Here’s the process:

1. You purchase a ScanSnap iX1500 between 6th January and 30th April 2020
2. You then wait AT LEAST 30 days and NO MORE than 60 days to claim your free ScanSnap iX100 at the promotion website.
3. To make your claim, you must visit the promotion website to upload your ScanSnap iX1500 invoice and input your name, company name, address, country** and ScanSnap iX1500 serial number.
4. Upon approval of your claim, you will be sent a confirmation email.
5. Sit back, relax and look forward to receiving your free* ScanSnap iX100.

Terms and conditions

• Your purchase must be registered on the promotional site 30 days or more – but no more than 60 days – after purchase.
• The promotion is only valid in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain and the UK.

Window for Submitting a Claim

1. 5. The Customer must wait 30 days from the date on which a Qualifying Product is purchased before submitting a Claim (counting 30 calendar days from the date shown on the invoice). This 30 day window is used to collect sales information to validate Claims and ensure this Offer is not misused by Customers returning a Qualifying Product after submitting a Claim.
   6. The Customer must submit their Claim no later than 60 days from the purchase date of the Qualifying Product (counting 60 calendar days from the date shown on the invoice).

Example 1: Qualifying Product purchased 6^th January 2020:

• Earliest date to submit Claim: 5^th February 2020 (counting 30 calendar days from the purchase date)
• Last date to submit Claim: 6^th March 2020 (counting 60 calendar days from the purchase date)

• Earliest date to submit Claim: 30^th May 2020 (counting 30 calendar days from the purchase date)
• Last date to submit Claim: 29^th June 2020 (counting 60 calendar days from the purchase date)
