You must visit the promotion redemption site to input your name, company name, address, country**, product details and upload their proof of purchase (invoice showing the purchase of the qualifying ScanSnap).

Upon approval of the claim, you will be sent an email stating that their claim has been approved and that they will be sent their FREE* Leitz® IQ Home Office P4 shredder within 60 days.

Within that 60 day period, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a shipment tracking link.

The shredder will be delivered to the address you submitted with your claim
9. Should your claim be rejected for any reason, your customer will be sent an email stating that it has been rejected and the reason why.
