How the promotion works

Running from 14th October 2024 to 31st December 2024, the promotion is limited to 1 (ONE) free Leitz® IQ Home Office P4 Shredder with the purchase of 1 (ONE) or more ScanSnap IX1400 or iX1600 per customer.

1. You must then wait AT LEAST 30 days and NO MORE than 60 days to claim their FREE * Leitz® IQ Home Office P4 Shredder -  Claim Here 

2. You must visit the promotion redemption site to input your name, company name, address, country**, product details and upload their proof of purchase (invoice showing the purchase of the qualifying ScanSnap).

3. You will be sent an email confirming they have successfully submitted a claim.

4. Within 30 days of submitting the claim, it is validated against:

   • Purchase Date/Promotional Period

   • Claim Window (30 days or more after purchase and 60 days or less since purchase

   • Valid Scanner Part Number/Serial Number

   • Qualifying country**

   • Invoice checked it is from a Reseller in a Qualifying Country

   • Checked for repeat/duplicate claims

5. Upon approval of the claim, you will be sent an email stating that their claim has been approved and that they will be sent their FREE* Leitz® IQ Home Office P4 shredder within 60 days.

6. Within that 60 day period, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a shipment tracking link.

• The shredder will be delivered to the address you submitted with your claim

     9. Should your claim be rejected for any reason, your customer will be sent an email stating that it has been rejected and the reason why. 

• You then have the opportunity to resubmit a claim.
