For ScanSnap Desktop Scanners. Extends the 3 Year Standard Warranty to 5 Years and enhances the delivery time to 2 days (from 7). Includes replacement of defective product and two-way shipping costs 

In the Event of a Breakdown / Fault

  1. Contact Ricoh Support
  2. Ricoh will try to resolve over phone or remotely
  3. Ricoh will send you a replacement unit if no resolution
  4. Send the faulty unit back in the pre-paid box the replacement unit was sent in.
