The RICOH fi-8930 offers a complete package for high volume scanning. The hardware comes with its own PaperStream software, but can be flexibly deployed with any other capture application. It has also been optimised for use with industry-leading PaperStream Capture Pro software. RTS service plans and fixed-cost consumables and replacement parts offer predictable running costs. Back and front-side post-imprinting options are also available.

PaperStream IP
The fi-8930 comes bundled with PaperStream IP, an integrated scanner driver and image enhancement module that is built on TWAIN/ISIS standards offering user friendly operability, intuitive high quality image creation and real time processing that will benefit post scan routines like OCR.
PaperStream Capture
Also bundled is PaperStream Capture which is an easy to use capture tool which allows users to easily create batch scanning profiles which encapsulate all of the settings and configuration required to control the scanning process from scan, to the release of the image to the users normal work flow. Once created, batch profiles can be run by a single click or can be linked to scanner front panel buttons to streamline the whole capture process.
PaperStream Capture Pro
Work better, faster and smarter with the optional PaperStream Capture Pro a user friendly, end-to-end capture solution and optimise your information capture, data consolidation and routing of paper-based information into digitally-accelerated processes.
